Summary

Aether is a fairly short gravity-based puzzle game made in 3 hours for Tri-Jam 184.

About

With the theme "Fifth Element" I had to put away my multipass and do some research. Turns out medieval scientists believed in a fifth element they called "Aether" (pronounced Ee-ther). Their definition of it being an element that exists between voids and binds them together, which is shockingly similar to the concept of gravity (aside from Gravity, you know, not actually being a material thing). So I went with it!

i found a glitch.

if you put the ring around the ball  when it respawns it will just follow the ring making lots of the levels way easier

great game though!

I had found that glitch too, but didn’t have time to fix it. However, I think it really only helps on the first two levels. The last two I was unable to beat with it.

ok

Oh my god I beat the whole game like this - I thought that was the actual mechanic hahaha... v impressive atmosphere btw!

me too at first i thought that was how you moved the ball lol
